People affected by disasters and conflict need food, safe water, shelter, medical care, and understanding. AMURT works with local teams and partners to reach communities and support recovery.

AMURT Nigeria’s approach places community leadership at the heart of primary health care. Local communities, AMURT, and government work together to support rural health centers in Ebonyi State.

Children need safety, learning, and caring relationships, especially during displacement and disaster. Our project stories include child-friendly spaces, early education, and support for children and families.

With implementing partners, the network also supports children’s homes and schools. Safeguarding, respectful photography, and child protection are central to volunteer preparation.
